- New entrance off the main public road including visibility splays
- Construct 200m of access road from the entrance to the proposed substation building location
- All drainage associated with the works
- All necessary earthworks including spoil management, landscaping and compliance with CEMP and HMP
- Installation of any necessary stockproof fencing and gates
